About Resolve
Mediation, a pivotal form of dispute resolution, involves conflicting parties mutually designating a mediator to facilitate negotiations and guide them towards a consensus. This strategic process offers a swift and cost-effective means of resolving disputes without resorting to protracted legal proceedings, at great cost in time, money and at the expense of your relationships.
By engaging in mediation, parties demonstrate a commitment to amicable resolution, harnessing the expertise of a neutral mediator to navigate dialogue and identify common ground. This collaborative approach not only expedites the resolution timeline but also proves economically efficient outcomes compared to traditional litigation.
Resolve Mediation will help settle disputes quickly, expertly and confidentially.

700 years ago, my Maori tupuna arrived in Aotearoa on the waka "Tainui"; my English ancestors arrived on the steamship "Tainui" to New Zealand, 150 years ago.
My ancestors carried the waka Tainui across the land from harbour to harbour, at Ōtāhuhu, at the foot of the maunga where I grew up. My parents were hard grafters, dedicated to each other, their whānau and community. They will always be my poutokomanawa - the central pole of our whare that supports our heart.
The whakapapa of my mahi is in non-violence; finding gentle strength.
For over twenty (20) years, I worked as a family lawyer in the Family Court and left this work to focus on mediations for whānau. I have worked with families doing FDR Mediations for 14 years. My expertise is in parenting and relationship property matters.
With a commitment to working with both the head and the heart, Robyn Leach offers a powerful and compassionate approach to mediation, making her a capable and caring professional navigating challenging legal and familial situations with you and for you.
